At UMDA DECOR, we understand that your order is more than a package — it’s a sentiment.
We ensure every order is carefully packed and delivered safely to your doorstep across Pakistan.
Processing Time

Delivery Time
- Main Cities: 5–7 working days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary during Eid holidays, sale periods, public holidays, or due to courier operational delays.
Shipping Charges
- Orders are charged a flat shipping rate of Rs. 300.
- Orders that are heavy, bulky or large could be charged more as per courier policy
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), orders above Rs. 5,000 require 10% advance payment.
Payment & Tax Information
As per applicable regulations in Pakistan:
- A 2% transaction processing charge may apply on digital payment methods including EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfers.
- A 4% handling and COD processing charge may apply on Cash on Delivery orders.
These charges are subject to applicable banking, courier, and government regulations and may be updated without prior notice.
Tracking
A tracking ID will be shared with you via WhatsApp and/or Email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Important Notes
- The order will only be processed after customer confirmation via WhatsApp. Please ensure that you respond to messages sent by our team.
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- UMDA DECOR is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Please double-check your shipping address and contact information at checkout. Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
- If the courier is unable to contact the customer after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned or cancelled.
- Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.
