At UMDA DECOR, we understand that your order is more than a package — it carries meaning, emotion and thoughtful design. Every order is carefully prepared, securely packed and delivered to customers across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

Processing Time
Processing begins after the order has been confirmed by the customer.
Customized orders begin production after the design proof has been approved.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by Eid holidays, promotional periods, public holidays, severe weather, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges
- Standard orders are generally charged a flat nationwide delivery fee of Rs. 300 or Rs. 350.
- Heavy, bulky, fragile or oversized products may have higher shipping charges according to courier requirements.
- Cash on Delivery orders above Rs. 5,000 require a 10% advance payment before processing.
- Orders with a product value of Rs. 8,000 or more, paid via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash, are eligible for free shipping.
The final delivery charge will be displayed at checkout or communicated
before the order is confirmed where special courier charges apply.

Payment & Processing Charges
Pay the full order amount via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash to receive a 5% discount on the product subtotal. The PAYONLINE5 discount is applied automatically.
Depending on the selected payment and delivery method, the following processing charges apply:

Cash on Delivery
A handling and COD-processing charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders.
Please note
Processing charges may be affected by banking, courier, payment-service or government requirements and may be updated where necessary. Applicable charges should be communicated before payment or order confirmation.

Track Your Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, the courier tracking number or shipment details will be shared through WhatsApp, email or another available contact method.

Important Delivery Information
Orders will only be processed after confirmation through WhatsApp or another approved contact method. Please respond to confirmation messages sent by our team.
Customized orders cannot normally be cancelled after production has started.
UMDA DECOR is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, courier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please verify your full shipping address, city and contact number before confirming the order. Orders may not be redirected after dispatch.
Where the courier cannot contact the customer after repeated delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to UMDA DECOR. Additional delivery charges may apply before redispatch.
Customers should inspect the package upon delivery and report visible damage or delivery concerns within 24 hours.
A clear and continuous unboxing video should be recorded before opening the parcel fully. This may be required when submitting a damage, missing-item or incorrect-product claim.
