Delivery across Pakistan normally takes 5–7 working days for major cities and 7–10 working days for remote areas. Customized orders may require additional production time after design approval.

Yes. We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, through trusted courier services.

We accept Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, JazzCash and bank transfers.

Standard orders have a flat delivery charge of Rs. 300 or Rs. 350 (depending on delivery location) unless stated otherwise. Heavy, bulky or oversized items may have different charges according to courier policy.

Cash-on-delivery orders above Rs. 5,000 require a 10% advance payment. Orders with a product value of Rs. 8,000 or more, paid via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash, are eligible for free shipping.

We offer a seven-day return or exchange policy for eligible non-customized products. Customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly made by UMDA DECOR.

Yes. A clear, continuous unboxing video is required for damage, missing-item or defect claims. Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.

Customized orders cannot normally be refunded or returned once production begins. Exceptions may apply for verified manufacturing defects or incorrect customization by UMDA DECOR.

We use materials such as MDF, plywood, acrylic, wood and selected paper products suitable for laser cutting and creative production. Materials vary according to the product design and intended use.
