UMDA DECOR is a Pakistan-based laser-cut decor and gifting brand specializing in customized wooden, acrylic, MDF, and creative functional art products for home decor, gifting, and corporate use.
Do you offer customization?
Yes, we offer full customization including names, logos, dates, quotes, and personalized designs for gifts, weddings, corporate branding, and home decor.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time across Pakistan is 5–7 working days for major cities and 7–10 working days for remote areas. Customized orders may require additional processing time before dispatch after design approval.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan including all major cities and remote areas through trusted courier services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfers.
What are your shipping charges?
Orders have a flat delivery charge of Rs. 300, unless speficied otherwise for heavy, bulky or large items the shipping charges will apply as per courier policy. COD orders above Rs. 5,000 are subject to 10% advance payment of order value.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for non-customized products only. Customized items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Do I need to provide an unboxing video for claims?
Yes, an unboxing video is required for any damage, missing item, or defect claims. Without video proof, claims may not be accepted.
Are customized orders refundable?
No, customized orders cannot be refunded or returned once production starts, except in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect customization by UMDA DECOR.
What materials do you use?
We use premium quality MDF, wood, acrylic, and paper materials suitable for laser cutting to ensure durability, precision, and a premium finish.
Do you offer discounts or seasonal sales?
Yes, we offer discounts, coupon codes, and special deals during Eid, wedding seasons, special occasions, and seasonal campaigns. Follow our social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Can I place urgent orders?
Urgent orders may be accepted depending on workload and product type. Additional charges may apply for priority processing.
