Refund and Returns Policy

At UMDA DECOR, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.
However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

★ The product must be unused and in its original condition
★ Original packaging must be available
★ Clear proof of issue must be provided
★ An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, missing, or defective item claims

Claims regarding damaged or incorrect items without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


Customized & Personalized Orders

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

This includes:

★ Customized names or initials
★ Personalized gifts
★ Custom logos or branding
★ Special color or size requests
★ Corporate or bulk custom orders

Exceptions will only apply if:

★ The product arrives damaged
★ The wrong customization was delivered
★ The item received is significantly different from the approved design


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must share:

★ Order number
★ Clear product photos
★ Packaging photos
★ Complete unboxing video

After verification, UMDA DECOR may offer:

★ Replacement of the product
★ Exchange with another item
★ Store credit
★ Partial or full refund (if applicable)


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in cases involving:

★ Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse
★ Normal wear and tear
★ Color variations caused by screen/display settings
★ Minor handmade or laser-cutting imperfections
★ Incorrect information provided by the customer
★ Change of mind after order confirmation


Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

★ The same item
★ Another product of equal value
★ Store credit for future purchases

If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Exchange shipping charges may apply unless the error was caused by UMDA DECOR.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once design approval has been provided by the customer.
